At Anuga 2025 in Cologne, Le Duc will introduce its latest vegetarian snack: Breaded Cauliflower Wings.
These cauliflower bites feature a crispy coating made from supergrains like quinoa, linseed, and barley flakes—offering a versatile, 100% plant-based addition to the range.
Thanks to their neutral yet crunchy coating, the Wings pair well with a variety of sauces and seasonings. They are suitable for preparation in a deep fryer, oven, air fryer, and even pizza or high-speed ovens. Available in 1000g and 450g bags.
Visitors can sample the product at the fair from October 4 to 8 in Hall 4.2, stand C079. Alongside the new Wings, Le Duc will also preview another upcoming innovation.
With this launch, Le Duc continues to meet growing demand for vegetarian, easy-to-use snacks in both foodservice and retail.
