On 16 March, Le Duc provided a guest lesson at the Vocational Campus RGO for HBR (Hospitality, Bakery & Recreation) students. After a brief introduction about Le Duc, we got down to practical work together during an interactive workshop.

Some 50 students made their own version of our Nacho Cheese Bites - from moulding the cheese to breadcrumbs and deep-frying. With great enthusiasm, creativity and teamwork, great results were achieved. We look back on an inspiring afternoon where we were able to give young talent an insight into our world. Thanks to all students for their commitment and energy!
